Rest assured, you will have private access to your guesthouse, backyard, and deck area, and your stay will not be disturbed. 🏠 House Rules ⏰ Late Checkout * Late checkout is available for an additional $15 per hour * If requested last minute (the night before checkout), the fee is $20 per hour. 👥 Extra Guests * Any unregistered guests not included in your reservation will be charged $65 per person. 🚭 No Smoking * Smoking or marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the property. * Any evidence or odor of smoke detected after checkout, as determined by our housekeeping team, will result in a $500 smoking fee. 🎉 No Parties or Events * To respect our neighbors and community, please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. * Excessive noise or disturbances during quiet hours may result in a $1,000 fine and could lead to the termination of your reservation without a refund. 🐾 No Pets Allowed * Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been provided. * Unauthorized pets may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee. * Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property damaged. 📹 Security & Surveillance * For the safety of our guests and property, an exterior security camera is located at the front door * The camera records the exterior entrance only and is not monitored inside the home. * Guests are not allowed to disable, tamper with, or obstruct the security camera.

However, rest assured, you will still have private access via a well-lit pathway to the carriage house and patio area, ensuring a peaceful stay without disturbances. Furthermore, the pathway leading to the guest entrance is well illuminated for added safety during nighttime.
