⏰ Late Checkout * Late checkout is available for an additional $15 per hour * If requested last minute (the night before checkout), the fee is $20 per hour. 👥 Extra Guests * Any unregistered guests not included in your reservation will be charged $65 per person. 🚭 No Smoking * Smoking or marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the property. * Any evidence or odor of smoke detected after checkout, as determined by our housekeeping team, will result in a $500 smoking fee. 🎉 No Parties or Events * To respect our neighbors and community, please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. * Excessive noise or disturbances during quiet hours may result in a $1,000 fine and could lead to the termination of your reservation without a refund. 🐾 No Pets Allowed * Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been provided. * Unauthorized pets may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee. * Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property damaged. 📹 Security & Surveillance * For the safety of our guests and property, an exterior security camera is located at the front door * The camera records the exterior entrance only and is not monitored inside the home. * Guests are not allowed to disable, tamper with, or obstruct the security camera.

A laundry nook with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. 🏡 Back House Please note that there is a separate back house on the property that may be occupied by other guests from time to time. You will still have private access to the main house, backyard, and patio during your stay. The main house and back house have separate entrances to help ensure privacy for everyone.
