The condo is conveniently located just one block from local shops, restaurants, public transit, and only a 5-minute drive to Swedish, Harborview, Virginia Mason, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Whether you're visiting for work, medical travel, or a vacation, you'll be close to everything you need. During your stay, you'll also have access to the building's fitness center, rooftop deck, and outdoor lounges with gas fireplaces. Enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Downtown Seattle and stunning sunsets while relaxing in a peaceful, well-maintained community.

🏠House Rules: 🚘Parking : Street Parking Only. - Host provides street parking permit. ⏰ Late Checkout -Late checkout is available for an extra $15 per hour. If requested last minute (the night before checkout), the fee is $20 per hour. 👥 Extra Guests -Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included in your reservation) will be charged $65 per person. 🚭 No Smoking Policy Any smell of smoke or marijuana inside the property will result in a $500 fine following check-out, as determined by our housekeeping team. 🎉 No Parties or Events Allowed -To comply with community rules, please respect neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels down, between 10:00 pm to 10:00 am. -All noise or disturbances during quiet hours will result in a $1,000 FINE. 🐾 Pets Are Allowed -Pet fee (non-refundable): $125 per pet. - Any pet hair or poops during cleaning will be fined $100 for not following our house rules, and you will be responsible for the additional cleaning fee. - Any damages caused by pets to appliances, furniture, or other property may result in an additional fee, which will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. 🚮 Dispose of trash in the designated area located on the 3rd floor near the outdoor lounge.

Great location for us. The condo was very clean and well kept. Everything was very comfortable. The building was quiet. Didn't hear other residents, outside noises. Secure building in a safe, walkable neighborhood with park close by. 15-minute walk to a coffee shop. The host was great, gave clear instructions, and checked in with us throughout our stay. Would stay there again.

Incredibly communicative host, instructions for access were clear and easy to follow, the building is quiet and well-maintained, in an awesome location close to a wonderful park and many, many shops/restaurants/grocery stores, very cozy and modern apartment, toiletries for guest use, as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided for laundry (in-unit and free!!!) use No HEPA filtration for the smoky days, but host is planning to change that :)
